By signing up for the waitlist or using Pocket Traveler services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Pocket Traveler is an app that generates personalised GPS walking tours using AI. The service is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or compensation.

Sign-up does not guarantee access. We determine the order of invitations and service availability at our sole discretion.

You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; misuse the service for unlawful purposes; use automated systems to access the service; infringe intellectual property rights.

All content, design, logos, texts, and technology are owned by Pocket Traveler or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying without written permission is not permitted.

Pocket Traveler is not liable for damages arising from AI-generated routes. Routes are informational; users are responsible for their own safety. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
